Larky's Summer Reading Club
Every summer, Larkspur Library offers a popular reading program we call "Larky's Summer Reading Club."
All children are invited to participate, including young children who enjoy being read to, as well as older, independent readers. Sign-ups generally begin in early June, and the program runs the entire summer until mid-August.
During the summer, we also offer a variety of special children's events, such as magic shows, puppet shows, and other children's performers. (In the photo at right, Larky hands out balloons during the kick-off magic show for the summer reading program.)
